Pool Court Villa

An evening house: glass towards the court, solid walls towards the neighbours, and a section that keeps the ground floor cool.

Large villas fail when the glass is doing the decorating and the plan is an afterthought. Here the court organises the house. Living, dining and a quiet study look into it. The upper floor is a private bar of bedrooms with a shaded balcony, not a second storey of unused terraces.

Structure is coordinated with the architecture from the first grid, so the corner openings you approve in the 3D view are the openings the reinforcement drawings can actually hold.
